Coaching and Facilitation
At Lead Inspired, we inspire individuals and organizations to lead with authenticity and purpose, fostering deep connections with themselves and others. Experiences are designed to enhance self-awareness, clarity, and empower you to build the life you envision.
The word inspired has roots in the Latin inspirare, meaning "to breathe into". Holding a sacred and powerful meaning - to be inspired was to be filled with divine presence bringing wisdom, vision and purpose. When we lead inspired, we are aligning who we are with the work we do in the world. This alignment isn’t just personally fulfilling; it’s essential to building a successful business and a meaningful life.

One-on-one coaching provides a confidential space to gain clarity, navigate challenges, and accelerate personal and professional growth. Through thoughtful inquiry, reflection, and actionable strategies, clients strengthen self-awareness, leadership effectiveness, emotional intelligence, and their capacity to lead with purpose and impact.

Designed for teams, organizations, and groups, these interactive experiences support leadership development, strategic alignment, team effectiveness, and organizational growth. Through facilitated dialogue, experiential learning, and reflective practices, participants strengthen communication, build trust, navigate challenges, and create actionable paths forward together.

Partner with horses in a powerful experiential learning environment that reveals patterns, strengthens self-awareness, and deepens leadership presence. Horses provide immediate, honest feedback, helping individuals and teams develop greater authenticity, resilience, communication, and connection.

In a world that often feels overwhelming, finding a space where you feel truly safe—seen, heard, and supported—is essential. We all need moments that guide us gently back to ourselves, helping us reconnect with our inner wisdom and deepen our connection to the people, communities, and systems around us.
As leaders—in our organizations, families, and lives—we are continually navigating complexity, uncertainty, and change. Within a confidential and supportive environment, leaders are invited to explore blind spots, deepen emotional intelligence, and align their actions with their vision and values. This work helps elevate impact, drive purposeful change, and build the capacity to respond to challenges with greater clarity, choice, and effectiveness.
Through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, and equine-assisted learning, we offer experiences that ground you in the present moment and invite honest, non-judgmental reflection empowering you to transform insight into intentional action and create meaningful change. These experiences cultivate the self-awareness, resilience, adaptability, and relational capacity increasingly being called for in today's complex world. They create the conditions for leaders to move beyond reactivity, strengthen their ability to navigate uncertainty, and lead with greater authenticity, presence, and impact.

Horses, through their presence, reflect our physical, mental and emotional states and offer profound insights—without words, without judgment. They remind us how to be still, how to listen, and how to lead from within. Here at Lead Inspired, we have two incredible horses, Rhett a 15-year-old Oldenburg gelding, and Elfie, a 25-year-old Trakehner mare. Our horses can be powerful partners in facilitating embodied, experiential learning bringing greater self-awareness and team connection.

Working one-on-one with a coach supports you in seeing how your current reality is being shaped by habitual and conditioned tendencies, emotional patterns, nervous system responses, and underlying beliefs. From this awareness, meaningful and sustainable change becomes possible—not through force, but through insight, practice, and integration.
Coaching helps clarify vision and strategy while also providing support through the implementation and execution process.
Sessions are typically structured conversations that blend inquiry, reflection, and practical integration. A coach listens closely, asks incisive questions, and helps you slow down enough to notice what is often automatic or unseen. Together, you explore current challenges, uncover patterns beneath them, and experiment with new ways of responding. Between sessions, you may be supported with reflective practices or real-world applications to reinforce new awareness and change.
Over time, this work supports not just problem-solving, but a shift in how you relate to yourself, others, and the situations you move through—so you can lead and live with greater coherence, choice, and ease.
Sessions are available in person or virtual via zoom.

Today's organizations face constant change, competing priorities, and increasing demands on leaders and teams. While technical expertise is important, sustainable success depends on a team's ability to communicate effectively, build trust, navigate challenges, and work toward shared goals.
Group coaching and facilitation provide a structured and engaging environment where teams can step away from day-to-day demands, gain new perspectives, and work together more intentionally. Through guided conversations, experiential learning, and reflective practices, participants develop greater awareness of individual and collective patterns while building the skills needed to collaborate more effectively.
Every engagement is tailored to the unique needs and goals of
the team. Experiences may include:

Horses offer a powerful and honest mirror for human behavior. As highly attuned animals, they respond to our energy, emotions, and nonverbal cues, providing immediate and authentic feedback. Unlike traditional team-building settings, working with horses invites participants to slow down, become present, and communicate with clarity and intention. Because horses naturally seek calm, confident, and consistent leadership, they help individuals and teams develop greater self-awareness, empathy, and connection. The lessons learned through these interactions translate directly to life and the workplace.
Engaging in team building within a unique and unfamiliar environment encourages individuals to step outside their usual roles and routines. The horses’ honest and immediate feedback helps teams recognize patterns, adapt in real time, and build trust. This shift in perspective fosters openness, creativity, and authentic collaboration, strengthening accountability and cohesiveness within the team.
Ultimately, we use horses because they reveal the unseen. They help people recognize how their energy and behavior affect those around them, creating opportunities for growth that are both profound and practical. The lessons learned in the arena—about trust, respect, and authentic connection—extend far beyond the barn, strengthening how individuals and teams relate, lead, and thrive together.
Through hands-on, experiential learning, individuals and teams' partner with horses in a variety of interactive exercises. These activities involve observing and communicating with our equine partners. Through these observations, reflection, and discussion, participants gain insights into their strengths and opportunities for growth.
This experience can be utilized as a single or multiple day offsite or integrated into a more robust team development package that includes facilitation/coaching within the workplace. Programs are customized based on the individuals or team's needs.
